FEE INFORMATION

ou decide the level of assistance you need and can afford. We also offer consultation and review services for the IP savvy inventor that just wants a little professional guidance. You may either pay the entire fee, or you may may pay half the fee and then pay the remainder before we file your application. We also offer extended payment plans in some cases so call to see if we can help you. Please note that Government Filing Fees are not included in our fee and must be paid prior to filing your application or response. We accept MasterCard, VISA & American Express credit cards. You may call us and we can take your credit card over the phone. Of course you may also send us a check or money order if you prefer.
